UBS in Talks for Minority Stake in 360 One Wealth Management

UBS is exploring a potential joint venture with 360 One Wealth Asset Management, a leading Indian wealth management firm. Preliminary talks suggest UBS may hold up to a 26% stake in the venture, aiming to expand its services to high net worth individuals beyond its current focus on ultra high net worth individuals. This move aligns with India's growing wealth management sector, valued at $429.1 billion in 2023 and projected to grow at a compound annual rate of 4.6% between 2025 and 2029. Meanwhile, 360 One has recently acquired Batlivala & Karani Securities to bolster its broking platforms and equity capital markets business.
