UPI's Next Leap: Bringing 300 Million New Users into the Digital Fold

India is set to revolutionize its digital payments landscape by onboarding an additional 200 to 300 million users onto the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) platform. This initiative, spearheaded by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), aims to further reduce the country's reliance on cash transactions and promote UPI globally.

Credit Expansion: Plans are underway to expand UPI's credit offerings based on customer repayment behavior, improving credit approval and collections.
