Indian Railways is set to launch regular Vande Bharat Express services between Katra and Srinagar starting June 7, marking a significant boost in connectivity for the region. - Two pairs of Vande Bharat trains will operate on the route, identified as Train Numbers 26404/26403 and 26401/26402  
- The journey duration is approximately three hours, significantly reducing travel time compared to conventional rail services  
- The train will halt at Banihal, with additional stoppages to be decided later based on passenger demand  
- Ticket prices are set at ₹715 for Chair Car (CC) and ₹1,320 for Executive Class (EC)

1. Train 26404 departs from Srinagar at 8:00 AM, halts at Banihal at 9:02 AM, and arrives in Katra at 10:58 AM  
2. Train 26403 departs from Katra at 2:55 PM, halts at Banihal at 4:40 PM, and arrives in Srinagar at 5:53 PM  
3. Train 26401 departs from Katra at 8:10 AM, halts at Banihal at 9:58 AM, and arrives in Srinagar at 11:08 AM  
4. Train 26402 departs from Srinagar at 2:00 PM, halts at Banihal at 3:10 PM, and arrives in Katra at 4:58 PM
