Vascon Engineers Offloads Marathwada Realtors for ₹187.2 Million in Strategic Divestment

Vascon Engineers Ltd has announced the sale of its entire stake in Marathwada Realtors Private Limited for ₹187.2 million. This strategic move aligns with Vascon's ongoing efforts to streamline its portfolio and focus on core operations. Marathwada Realtors, which became a subsidiary of Vascon in 2011-12, will cease to be a unit of the company following this transaction. The divestment is part of Vascon's broader strategy to optimize its asset base and strengthen its financial position.
