Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd, a leading publicly listed education provider, has approved the divestment of its entire Vocational segment—including Brain4ce Education Solutions, Veranda Management Learning Solutions, and Six Phrase Edutech—to SNVA EduTech Limited. This innovative deal is structured as a share swap, where SNVA EduTech will issue shares to Veranda and its subsidiary, collectively granting them a 50% ownership stake in the new SNVA EduTech entity, pending shareholder approval.
