What If Women Could Drive Their Own Futures? HSBC and Concern India Make It Possible

HSBC India and Concern India Foundation have collaborated to empower women with electric vehicle (EV) motor skill training and green jobs. The project empowers women by giving them vocational training in driving autorickshaws, making them more self-assured, confident, and financially independent. Thirty electric auto rickshaws were provided to the skilled women, boosting green transportation and defying gender stereotypes in the transport industry. The collaboration assists women's economic empowerment and contributes to environmental sustainability.
