Adityanath Highlights Transformation of Prayagraj, Kashi, Ayodhya as Engines of Growth

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath placed before the global world the opportunities of Prayagraj, Kashi, and Ayodhya, laying emphasis on economic and spiritual development of the state in the direction of Prime Minister Modi. Adityanath questioned critics opposing government expenditure for the Maha Kumbh, anticipating revenue of around Rs 2 lakh crore from 40 crore devotees in Prayagraj. Adityanath contrasted the conditions of religious cities before 2017 and their development in the last two years, noticing an increase in visitors to Varanasi and Ayodhya in large numbers. Rs 5,000 crore was incurred by the government on the Maha Kumbh, for cleanliness, safety, and modern facilities such as digital tourist maps, AI-based security, and zero-discharge toilets. The Chief Minister also pointed towards the job opportunities and revenue generation contribute to Uttar Pradesh's GDP.
