The IPO priced between ₹230–235 per share with 63 shares as the lot size had 2.09 times overall subscription. It witnessed bids for 14.43 crore shares as against the 6.90 crore shares on offer.

Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) dominated the subscription with 3.30 times the reserved quota, whereas the participation was less from retail investors and non-institutional investors at 0.77 times and 0.56 times, respectively.

Aegis Vopak Terminals' unlisted shares are available at ₹236 per share in the grey market, which is a premium of ₹1 or 0.43 percent above the higher end of issue price.
