Aeroflex Industries Unveils Ambitious Expansion Plans

Aeroflex Industries Ltd is set to consider and approve a major expansion plan, building on its recent growth trajectory. The company plans to increase its S.S. Hose production capacity from 16.5 million to 18 million meters annually by the end of FY2026.

This expansion follows the successful launch of Metal Bellows production on January 1, 2025, with an annual capacity of 120,000 piece.

Aeroflex is also exploring a Rs 400 crore fundraise through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) to support its organic and inorganic growth initiative.
