Air India Flight Turns Back Mid-Air

An Air India flight to Delhi turned back midway to Chicago on March 6, 2025, after a technical failure. The Boeing plane, which had passengers on the long-distance trip, developed the problem after crossing Greenland. Reports say that eight of the twelve toilets on board were out of order, and the crew was compelled to turn the aircraft back. Passengers did not know they were being diverted and only came to know of it after they observed changes on the flight chart. The airline has apologized for the inconvenience and is making preparations for the affected travelers.
