Apple's New Diet Plan: iPhone 17 Air Sheds Millimeters, Gains Power

Apple's iPhone 17 Air is the company's slimmest smartphone so far. Reports of leaks are pointing to a release between September 11 and 13, 2025. The speculated 6.6-inch ProMotion OLED display packs in a 120Hz refresh rate and Always-On functionality. The device will be a real 5.5mm thin, seemingly much slimmer in comparison with the predecessors. The iPhone 17 Air is expected to run on the coming-generation A19 chipset, with 8GB capacity, optimized for AI usage. Though slim, the device is said to have a 48MP main camera and a 12MP selfie camera in the optics department. Pricing is expected to be quite competitive, starting from below $999.
