Ashoka Buildcon Secures Provisional Certificate for Major NHAI Project

Ashoka Buildcon Ltd has announced a significant milestone for its National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) project in Telangana. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Ashoka Kandi Ramsanpalle Road Private Limited, has received a provisional certificate for completing 37.92 km out of the total 39.980 km project highway length. This achievement marks the Commercial Operation Date (COD) as November 19, 2022, for the four-laning of NH-161 under the Bharatmala Pariyojna on Hybrid Annuity Mode. Consequently, the special purpose vehicle is now eligible for annuity payments from NHAI over a 15-year operation period, with payments to be received every six months. This development underscores Ashoka Buildcon's growing presence in India's infrastructure sector.
