Aurum Proptech Ltd disclosed today that its Board of Directors has approved a fundraising program of up to ₹6 billion. This decision was undertaken at the board meeting on April 25, 2025, and the Board considered many options for raising capital, including the issuance of equity shares and/or other securities. The proposed fundraising will be used to strengthen the Company's balance sheet and to fund the continued growth and expansion of the Company in the proptech sector.

Aurum Proptech is also a software development and services business focused on the real estate sector and has transformed its business considerably over the last few years. The additional capital will allow Aurum Proptech to further invest in technology, expand its product offerings and pursue other strategic opportunities in the changing property technology space.

Further information on the mode, timing and structure of the financing will be disclosed in due course, subject to the necessary regulatory and shareholder approvals. The Company has scheduled its next earnings call for April 30, 2025 to discuss its financial results and provide additional colour on the plan for future operations.
