Blackstone has invested $300 million in DDN, a global leader in AI and data intelligence solutions, elevating DDN's valuation to $5 billion.  This strategic investment aims to accelerate DDN's growth in meeting the expanding demand for AI and high-performance computing infrastructure. Founded in 1998, DDN supports over 500,000 NVIDIA GPUs and serves a diverse clientele, including financial services, life sciences, and AI hyperscalers like xAI and Lambda. The partnership underscores Blackstone's commitment to advancing digital infrastructure pivotal to AI innovation.
