Bollywood Star Rani Mukerji in Sight for Chiranjeevi's Most Brutal Film So Far

There are rumors going around in both Tollywood and Bollywood circles of a possible team-up between megastar Chiranjeevi and Bollywood star Rani Mukerji. The film in question is Chiranjeevi's next, which is being tentatively titled Mega157 and will be directed by Srikanth Odela of "Dasara" fame.

Reports indicate that Odela has suggested Mukerji's name for a major middle-aged woman's role, pivotal to the story. Chiranjeevi is said to have given his approval to this casting proposal. If this happens, this would be Mukerji's second South Indian film following the 2000 release "Hey Ram."

The movie is said to be a 1990s set gangster action drama that promises to be the most violent of Chiranjeevi's on-screen appearances so far. Actor Nani is reportedly producing the project, further boosting its star appeal.
