Borosil Limited has reported a steady Q4 FY26 performance, with consolidated revenue from operations at Rs 284.12 crore and net profit at Rs 10.59 crore, even as LPG supply disruptions temporarily impacted glass furnaces at its Jaipur facility. The consumer ware specialist also closed FY26 with consolidated revenue of Rs 1,195.92 crore and profit of Rs 74.66 crore, supported by cost discipline and balanced growth across product lines.

The board, which met on May 19, 2026, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results and confirmed an unmodified audit opinion from Chaturvedi & Shah LLP. It also cleared enabling resolutions for a potential fund-raise of up to Rs 250 crore and refreshed its auditor tenure and ESOP scheme, signalling continued investment in growth and governance.

Quarterly Performance And FY26 Snapshot

In Q4 FY26, Borosil generated total consolidated income of Rs 291.77 crore, with profit before tax of Rs 14.76 crore despite production disruptions at its borosilicate and opal glass furnaces due to LPG supply constraints linked to Middle East conflict. For FY26, total income reached Rs 1,225.55 crore, with EBITDA supported by operating efficiencies and controlled employee and other operating expenses. Consolidated net profit of Rs 74.66 crore translated into FY26 earnings per share of Rs 6.24 on a Re 1 face value, broadly in line with the prior year.

Board Decisions, Funding Headroom And Outlook

The board has proposed re-appointing Chaturvedi & Shah LLP as statutory auditors for another five-year term and confirmed Bhaunik Shah as full-time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. It also approved an enabling resolution to raise up to Rs 250 crore via equity, depository receipts, FCCBs, debt or QIP, giving the company flexibility to fund capex, working capital or inorganic opportunities. Updates to the 2020 ESOP scheme aim to better align management incentives with long-term shareholder value as Borosil continues to deepen its consumer ware franchise.
