DEE Development Engineers Ltd. (DDEL), a leading provider of specialized process piping solutions, has announced the acquisition of an 85% stake in Molsieve Designs Pvt. Ltd. for ₹80 million. The transaction involves DDEL acquiring a 70% stake, while its promoter secures an additional 15%. This strategic move aims to enhance DDEL's capabilities in the design and manufacturing of molecular sieves and adsorption systems, thereby expanding its offerings in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and chemical industries. The acquisition is expected to strengthen DDEL's market position and drive future growth.
