Bank of Baroda has launched the 'bob Global Women NRE & NRO Savings Account', the first among the public sector banks. This account comes with perks such as home and car loan rates at concessional interest, lower processing fee, and personal and air accident insurance free of cost. The account also comes with a customized debit card that comes with lounge facility for free. Aimed at clarifying global Indian women, the account is a major development in NRI banking. The introduction is timed with International Women's Day, reflecting the bank's eagerness to promote women's financial ambitions across the world.
