Google Doubles Down on Mumbai: Renews Prime BKC Office Leases for ₹4.79 Crore Monthly

Google India and Google Cloud have reaffirmed their commitment to Mumbai's business hub by renewing office leases in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC). Google India secured 1.11 lakh sq ft across two floors for ₹3.55 crore monthly, while Google Cloud retained 38,678 sq ft for ₹1.24 crore per month. Both leases at First International Financial Center (FIFC) commence in June 2025 for five years, with a 15% rent escalation after 36 months. This strategic move underscores Mumbai's importance as a key location for Google's corporate and cloud initiatives, solidifying its presence in India's financial capital.
