Graduates Are Architects Of Viksit Bharat

 Addressing the convocation ceremony at Delhi University, Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan emphasized the crucial role of graduates in shaping the vision of Viksit Bharat. He highlighted the importance of universities driving research and innovation that are rooted in Indian realities while remaining globally competitive.  

The Vice President also noted the remarkable rise in women’s participation in higher education, with women winning over 70% of the gold medals this year. This achievement underscores the strides India has made in gender inclusivity and academic excellence.  

Radhakrishnan challenged Delhi University to aim for top global rankings, stressing that graduates must see their degrees not just as personal achievements but as responsibilities toward national development. The ceremony conferred degrees upon more than 1.2 lakh students, marking a significant milestone in India’s educational journey.
