GRSE and Apollo Micro Systems Collaborate to Develop Advanced Defense Technologies

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. (GRSE) has entered into a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Apollo Micro Systems Ltd. (AMS) to jointly develop and supply advanced defense weapons and electronic systems. The collaboration focuses on research, development, co-production, and export of underwater weapons and vehicles, underwater mines, communication systems, and air defense systems. This partnership aims to leverage and enhance the manufacturing infrastructures of both companies to produce critical components and sub-assemblies, ensuring state-of-the-art solutions for defense and non-defense industries. Additionally, the MoU includes provisions for modernizing and upgrading existing systems to meet evolving requirements.
