India Requires World-Class Leaders, PM Explains Why

Prime Minister Narendra Modi underscored the necessity of world-class leaders to continue India's momentum as a global leader. Addressing the School of Ultimate Leadership (SOUL) Leadership Conclave 2025, Modi underscored the requirement for dynamic leaders who are able to deal with international complexities while protecting national interests. He insisted on institutions such as SOUL to foster critical thinking, risk-taking ability, and solution-oriented mindsets. Modi called for the development of trend-setters rather than trend-follower leaders, highlighting the influence of leadership in shaping India's vision for the future in fields such as diplomacy and technology innovation.
