India Unveils World's Most Powerful Hydrogen-Powered Train Engine

India has reached the milestone of creating a hydrogen fuel train engine, which now stands as the most powerful train engine in the world. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw announced that the indigenous engine put out 1,200 horsepower, which goes beyond the average range of 500 to 600 horsepower found in engines other countries produce. This innovative stride positions India amongst the big league of digital manufacturing countries capable of manufacturing such technology, giving a massive leap towards cleaner and more efficient rail travel.
