In a recent statement, Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi expressed serious concerns about Pakistan Army and ISI officials' closeness to Indian border sensitive areas, particularly in Bangladesh. He emphasized that any increase by Pakistan will be strongly countered by India, stating that India has grown bolder since 2014. General Dwivedi once again asserted that India will move with aggressiveness if necessary, pointing to the precipitous reduction in terror in Jammu and Kashmir since the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019.
