IRFC Announces Interim Dividend of Rs 0.80 Per Share

Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC) has declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.80 per share on its shareholders. The dividend is in line with IRFC's history of paying consistent dividends, as the company had earlier announced a final dividend of Rs 0.70 per share. The date of record for identification of the shareholders entitled to the dividend has been fixed on March 21, 2025. Shares of IRFC have exhibited upward momentum prior to the dividend declaration, the trend indicating investor faith in the financials of the company. Being a Navratna PSU, IRFC remains a key player in financing projects of Indian Railways, and continues to be a stock to bank upon for dividends.
