Jet Freight Logistics Limited has initiated a postal ballot process to re-appoint Mr. Richard Francis Theknath as Managing Director and Chairman for three years, effective June 20, 2026. Mr. Richard Francis Theknath’s re-appointment spans June 2026 to June 2029, with remuneration fixed at ₹1.5 crore per annum, scalable up to ₹2 crore. Incentives tied to profit before tax will supplement his package, subject to statutory limits.

The postal ballot process is overseen by Parikh & Associates as scrutinizer, ensuring transparency. Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd has been engaged to provide e-voting facilities, with results communicated to NSE, BSE, and displayed on the company’s website.
