Justin Keeling's Next Move: The Future of India's Gaming VC Scene

Justin Keeling, co-founding general partner at Lumikai, said he would leave the venture capital firm, which specializes in the gaming and interactive media sector, after five years. Keeling co-founded the company in 2020, alongside Salone Sehgal, with a focus to bring India its first early-stage VC fund in the gaming sector. During his stay, Lumikai raised its initial fund by $40 million and has released a second one for $50 million. The company has invested in some of the top startups such as Loco, Eloelo, and Bombay Play. Salone Sehgal will be heading Lumikai's initiatives going forward, maintaining continuity and growth in India's fast-growing gaming space. Keeling's future plans remain unknown, but he was upbeat about Lumikai's prospects under Sehgal's charge.
