Kalpataru Projects International Reports Steady Q3 FY25 Performance

Kalpataru Projects International Ltd announced its Q3 FY25 results, posting a consolidated net profit of 1.42 billion rupees, a marginal 0.7% increase year-on-year. The company's revenue from operations surged 17.1% to 57.32 billion rupees compared to the same quarter last year. EBITDA rose 13.3% to 4.79 billion rupees, with a slight margin contraction to 8.4%. The board reappointed Manish Mohnot as Managing Director and CEO for three years, starting April 1, 2025. Despite challenging market conditions, Kalpataru Projects maintained its growth trajectory, driven by strong performance in power transmission & distribution and buildings & factories segments.
