Ken Enterprises Shares Debut at 9.5% Discount on NSE SME

Ken Enterprises Ltd., a textile manufacturer supplying global brands like ZARA and Primark, made a lackluster debut on the NSE SME platform today. The shares listed at ₹85, marking a 9.57% discount from the IPO price of ₹94. Despite being oversubscribed 4.36 times during its IPO, the listing disappointed investors. The company raised ₹83.65 crore through a mix of fresh issuance and an offer-for-sale, with proceeds earmarked for acquisitions and facility upgrades. Analysts are closely watching its post-listing performance.
