Leadership Changes
The company confirmed that CFO N Muralidharan and Company Secretary M Raman will step down on March 31, 2026. Their successors, A R Balaji and P Srinivasan, bring decades of expertise in corporate finance, treasury, governance, and compliance.
Profile Of New CFO
A R Balaji, aged 60, holds advanced degrees in financial management and business administration. With over 40 years of experience in corporate finance and treasury, including leadership roles at The Sanmar Group and Archean Group, he is well respected in domestic and international financial markets.
Profile Of New Compliance Officer
P Srinivasan, also aged 60, is an Associate Member of ICSI with a background in corporate governance and compliance. He previously served as Company Secretary at TVS Srichakra Ltd and has been with Chemplast Sanmar since 2021 as Senior Vice President – Secretarial.
