Lemon Tree Hotels Soars: Q3 FY25 Profit Jumps 77%, Revenue Up 22%

Lemon Tree Hotels reported stellar Q3 FY25 results, with consolidated net profit surging 76.6% year-on-year to ₹624.9 million. Revenue from operations rose 22.4% to ₹3.55 billion, driven by strong occupancy rates and higher average room rates. The company's EBITDA grew 30.5% to ₹1.84 billion, with margins expanding to 51.9%. Lemon Tree's Chairman, Patanjali Keswani, highlighted this as their highest-ever third-quarter revenue, attributing success to accelerated growth in managed properties and strategic renovations. The positive results led to a 4% rally in the company's stock price.
