Stake Sale Details

Mahindra Overseas Investment Company and Erkunt Traktor will divest their entire holding in Erkunt Sanayi. The transaction consideration amounts to 100,000 Turkish Lira, marking M&M’s exit from this investment.

In parallel, M&M’s unit has entered into an agreement with Hisarlar Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., alongside investors Oguzhan Sahinkaya and Bunyanin Sarioglu. This move is expected to strengthen M&M’s strategic partnerships in Turkey’s machinery and engineering sector.
