Man Infraconstruction's MICL Tigertail LLC Signs Operating Agreement in Florida

Man Infraconstruction Limited has announced that MICL Tigertail LLC, its joint venture entity in Miami, Florida, has signed an operating agreement. The JV, formed in June 2024 through MICL Global Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Man Infraconstruction, aims to engage in real estate development activities. MICL Global Inc. holds a 50% stake in MICL Tigertail LLC and is expected to contribute approximately $2 million in capital. This development marks a significant step in Man Infraconstruction's expansion into the US real estate market, potentially boosting its international presence and diversifying its project portfolio.
