India will be able to witness a never-before celebration of all-round wellness as Yoga Sangam 2025 on June 21, 2025, the anchor event of the International Day of Yoga (IDY), is picking up steam with more than 30,000 organizations registering for participation. The effort led by the Ministry of Ayush resonates the country's increasing commitment to conscious living, societal resilience, and national wellness.

Nationwide Participation and Growing Momentum

Organisations across various sectors, such as schools, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), corporates, NGOs, and government departments, have committed their participation.

The event will be conducted across one lakh venues, converting spaces into lively wellness hubs.

IDY 2025 theme, Yoga for One Earth, One Health, highlights the global significance of the movement.

Technology-Driven Engagement and Accessibility

The Ministry of Ayush has brought an online tracking system to track events across the country.

Organisations can register their events through the official yoga portal, with easy documentation and transparency.

Participants will be given an official Certificate of Appreciation on successfully completing their Yoga Sangam event.

Academic Institutions and Leadership Development

Top institutions like IITs, IIMs, and Central Universities are aggressively joining the movement.

These institutions of excellence are spreading the word about yoga as a means to mental acuity, emotional strength, and leadership development.

Mass demonstrations will be organized on various campuses, reaffirming yoga's place in holistic education and well-being.
