Mastek Reshapes Portfolio, Signs MoU For Chennai SEZ Property Sale

In a regulatory filing dated April 24, 2026, Mastek confirmed that the transaction is subject to execution of definitive agreements, regulatory approvals, and SEZ compliances. The deal is not categorized as a related party transaction and falls outside the purview of any scheme of arrangement under SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.
