NBCC Sells 1,233 Amrapali Units for ₹3,217 Crore, Earns ₹32.17 Crore Marketing Fee

NBCC (India) Ltd. has successfully sold 1,233 residential units of Amrapali Projects in Greater Noida (West) for approximately ₹3,217 crore. The state-owned company will receive a 1% marketing fee, amounting to ₹32.17 crore, as part of its 8% project management consultant (PMC) fee. This sale is a significant step in resolving the stalled Amrapali projects, with NBCC having now sold over 80% of the available inventory. The company aims to complete all Amrapali projects by March 2025, bringing relief to thousands of homebuyers who have been waiting for years to receive their apartments.
