New Vande Bharat Express to Enhance Jammu and Kashmir Connectivity

The eagerly awaited Vande Bharat Express train connecting Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra and Srinagar is set to launch in the coming weeks. This semi-high-speed train will cover over 100 kilometers in under 2.5 hours, significantly improving travel times in the region. With advanced heating systems designed for the area's challenging climate, the train aims to boost tourism and economic growth. It will operate six days a week, providing a vital link between these two key destinations in Jammu and Kashmir
