The latest Global Liveability Index from the Economist Intelligence Unit has named the top cities where people enjoy the best quality of life. This year, cities from Europe, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Canada, and Switzerland made the list, with no U.S. cities cracking the top 10 due to concerns like crime and infrastructure.
