A B Infrabuild Ltd has notified exchanges that it has secured a new EPC order from East Coast Railway, Indian Railways, for construction of a Road Over Bridge and related composite and T-girders. The domestic contract, valued at about ₹52.08 crore, will be executed over 24 months with no related-party involvement.
In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, A B Infrabuild Limited has intimated that it received a letter of acceptance for a new infrastructure project from East Coast Railway. The scope includes construction of a ROB (16x30 m) and composite girders, along with a T-beam girder at specified kilometre points, replacing an existing level crossing on the SLRP–IPM Railway Station section of the Howrah–Visakhapatnam main line under Khurda Road Division.
The work is to be completed within 24 months from the date of commencement, with commercial consideration of ₹52,08,13,449.03 (Rupees Fifty-Two Crore Eight Lakh Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred and Forty-Nine and Paise Three Only). The company has clarified that the order is on an arm’s-length basis, with no promoter or promoter group interest in the awarding entity.
