A Thousand Voices, A Thousand Blessings: 1,100 Women Join Kalash Yatra

In a grand spiritual gathering, 1,100 women participated in the Kalash Yatra as part of the Shri Rudra Chandi Mahayagya in Bihar’s Bahri Bigaha village. The seven-day event, marked by devotion and tradition, saw women carrying sacred water-filled urns on their heads, symbolizing purity and prosperity.  

The procession began at the Yagna Mandap, passing through various villages before returning to the sacred site. Devotees lined the streets, chanting prayers and offering floral tributes, creating an atmosphere of deep reverence. The event featured traditional music, decorated chariots, and elephants, adding to the grandeur of the occasion.  

Organizers emphasized the significance of the Kalash Yatra in fostering community harmony and spiritual awakening. The Mahayagya, led by religious scholars, included storytelling sessions and devotional performances, drawing large crowds from neighboring districts.  

With arrangements made for food and accommodation, the event ensured a seamless experience for participants and visitors alike. The Kalash Yatra continues to be a cherished tradition, reinforcing faith and cultural heritage in the region.
