Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited is making bold moves to expand its presence in India’s high-growth hospitality sector, signing landmark agreements for two new properties: The Park Jaipur and Zone by The Park Govardhan.

Key Highlights:

The Park Jaipur: Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels has entered into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) with the Goyal Group, securing a majority 51% stake. The LLP will develop, own, and operate a new hotel on an 18,000-square-meter plot strategically located on the Jaipur-Delhi National Highway-8, Village Dhand, Amer. The project, still in its early stages, awaits final land transfer clearance from the Jaipur Development Authority. This move is part of the company’s strategy to tap into Jaipur’s booming tourism corridor and grow its mid-to-premium offerings. The LLP is expected to be incorporated by September 30, 2025, with an initial investment of ₹5.1 lakh from the company.

Zone by The Park Govardhan: The company has also signed a hotel management agreement with Goyal Parmarthik Trust for a new Zone by The Park in Aanyor, Tehsil Govardhan, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The upcoming hotel will feature around 100 rooms, banquet and conference facilities, a restaurant, spa, pool, gym, and more, catering to both leisure and business travelers.

Growth Ambitions: These projects align with Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels’ plan to double its owned room capacity across India, with a ₹1,600 crore investment pipeline targeting key cities. The company currently operates 35 hotels nationwide and recently reported industry-leading occupancy rates and record revenues.

These strategic expansions underscore Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels’ commitment to capturing a larger share of India’s premium hospitality market.
