Bharti Airtel Ltd. has reported a net exceptional gain of ₹75.46 billion in Q3 FY2024, significantly boosting its financial standing. The company’s consolidated net debt, excluding lease obligations, stood at ₹1.34 trillion at the end of December, reflecting a stable debt structure despite continued investments in network expansion.
Revenue from operations in Q3 reached ₹451.29 billion, surpassing the IBES estimate of ₹441.10 billion. The company's average revenue per user (ARPU) for mobile services improved to ₹245, highlighting strong customer engagement and higher data consumption.
Bharti Airtel also posted a consolidated net profit of ₹147.81 billion, significantly above IBES estimates of ₹51.87 billion. The impressive financial performance is attributed to tariff hikes, growing data consumption, and increased 5G adoption across India.
