Maruti Suzuki has updated its popular Brezza SUV with six airbags as standard across all variants, enhancing safety features significantly. The airbags include front, side, and curtain units, alongside other upgrades like 3-point seatbelts for all passengers and adjustable rear headrests. This update aligns with India's upcoming safety norms.
The enhanced safety features have led to a price hike. The Brezza now starts at ₹8.69 lakh (ex-showroom), with increases of up to ₹15,000 for certain variants. Powertrain options remain unchanged, offering petrol and CNG variants with manual and automatic transmissions.
