Chef Sanjeev Kapoor: Uncovering the Flavors of Hyderabad Beyond Biryani

Celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor recently spoke about Hyderabad's culinary diversity beyond its renowned biryani. At a meet and greet session at Wonderchef's Hyderabad Exclusive Brand Outlet, Kapoor spoke about the increasing demand for innovative kitchen solutions in the city. Wonderchef, which was co-founded by Kapoor and Ravi Saxena, aims to increase its footprint in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh by doubling its exclusive stores in India, with a focus on southern markets.

 

Kapoor complimented Hyderabad as an important city for Wonderchef, with products like Chef Magic, a multi-function kitchen robot, being displayed. The revenue of the brand saw a growth of almost 20% in FY24, and it was a profitable year. Kapoor also mentioned his fondness for home cooking and the blend of technology and cooking in an interview recently.
