Chief Justice of India (CJI) B R Gavai has reminded the country of the superiority of the Constitution of India, urging harmonious collaboration between the three pillars of democracy-judiciary, the executive, and the legislature. Addressing a felicitation function held by the Bar Council of India, CJI Gavai reiterated that it is the Constitution, and not a particular institution, which stands supreme, and reaffirmed his resolve to preserve its ideals during his term of office.
