Tastes of India and Mexico Arrive in St. Albert, Bringing Authentic Flavors to Local Diners

St. Albert welcomes two new restaurants offering authentic Indian and Mexican cuisine, adding vibrant flavors to the city's dining scene. The Curry Table and Mariachi Love have recently opened their doors, each bringing a unique culinary experience rooted in tradition and authenticity.  

 

Key Highlights:  

- The Curry Table, founded by Edmonton-based chef Anmol Goyal, specializes in regional Indian dishes, avoiding artificial food coloring and focusing on traditional spice blends. Guests can enjoy a variety of flavors, including nawabi lamb chops and aloo tuk, alongside staples like butter chicken and vindaloo.  

- Mariachi Love, a collaboration between Christian Guzman, Yash Parikh, and Akshay Beeharry, offers a sit-down Mexican dining experience. The restaurant embraces Mexican culture with decor featuring sombreros, Latin American music, and a thatched roof reminiscent of traditional homes.  

- Both establishments aim to fill a gap in the local market by providing authentic, high-quality cuisine that reflects the rich culinary heritage of India and Mexico.  

- The Curry Table is located at 388 St. Albert Trail, while Mariachi Love can be found at 11 Bellerose Drive, next to the Crown and Tower Pub.
