Delta Autocorp Ltd, the country's foremost electric two-wheeler player, has declared the inauguration of its initial Company-Owned Company-Operated (COCO) store at Mihijam in the state of Jharkhand. The development is part of Delta's larger strategy to further roll out the COCO model in other markets, amplifying its direct consumer interaction and servicing capabilities.
Key Highlights:
-
First COCO Outlet: The Mihijam outlet has been created as a one-stop solution for the customer, where sales, service, and spare parts are all available under the same roof. The company intends to give the customer a better experience through this direct-to-consumer model.
-
Expansion Plans: Delta Autocorp aims to replicate the COCO model across other important markets in the subsequent fiscal year by targeting Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities where demand for electric two-wheelers is on the increase.
-
Sales Performance: Delta registered sales of 12,450 units in March 2025, up 15% from February's 10,830 units, as a result of high demand for its top-of-the-range models. The opening of the Mihijam outlet will also increase sales in the area.
Leadership Insights:
According to Delta Autocorp's spokesperson, "The COCO model enables us to reach the customer directly and guarantee hassle-free delivery of service. The Mihijam showroom is the stepping stone of our expansion process."

With its new-age strategy and expanding market reach, Delta Autocorp is ready to tighten its grip on India's electric two-wheeler market.
