But Gates promised that AI will never replace software developers anytime soon, dismissing job-loss concerns as "alarmist." Instead, he emphasized the capacity of AI to enhance productivity and revolutionize learning with advanced technology like virtual tutors.

 

The billionaire entrepreneur admitted that long-term social implications of AI are unclear but emphasized the need to re-think economic models in a world where scarcity may no longer be the norm of markets.
