Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has inked a management agreement to open its second property in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. The upcoming Regenta Gwalior, located near Gwalior Airport, will launch in two phases, reinforcing ROHL’s asset-light growth strategy and expanding its presence across high-potential markets in Central India.
Bengaluru-headquartered Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd., one of India’s fastest-growing hospitality brands, today announced the signing of a new upscale property — Regenta Gwalior — marking another milestone in its expansion drive across Central India.
Strategically situated close to Gwalior Airport, the property will operate under a Management Agreement with Oakwood Hotel Pvt. Ltd., owned by Mr. Hoshiyar Singh Tomar. This development also marks ROHL’s third property in Madhya Pradesh and second in Gwalior, reflecting the company’s focus on strengthening its regional footprint.
The project will unfold in two phases:

Phase I: 71 rooms, multiple banquet halls, and MICE facilities for weddings, conferences, and social events.

Phase II: 30 additional rooms to enhance capacity and market reach.
