Harvard Opens Applications for Summer 2025: Key Deadlines and Requirements Announced

Harvard Summer School has officially launched applications for its prestigious Summer 2025 programs, offering unique opportunities for high school and international students. The Secondary School Program welcomes students graduating in 2025-2027, while the Pre-College Program targets rising juniors and seniors. Applicants must be at least 16 years old by June 21, 2025, and not turn 19 before July 31, 2025.

Early applicants have a significant advantage, as spaces are limited and competitive. The Pre-College Program's early application deadline is January 8, 2025, with a regular deadline of February 12, 2025. Dean Sandra Naddaff encourages students to "reach into areas that pique curiosity or stretch academic boundaries".

For international students, additional requirements include proof of English proficiency and visa documentation, with a final I-20 document submission deadline of April 30, 2025.
